THE
LUCIMA
APP
The Lucima app becomes the additional step towards sustainable lighting by using smart controls.
A collection of four lights based on the findings from the thesis
"IS THE LIGHT SUSTAINABLE?
- A conceptual study on how to design sustainably within the lighting industry"
LUCIMA
Lucima is the result of my final project during my master in product and interior design at Raffles Milano Istituto Moda e Design 2020/21.
The project consists of a sustainable lighting collection with a digital prototype of a mobile app and 3D-printed sections of the physical prototype, all based on a 70 page written thesis describing the research, conclusion and concept behind Lucima.
